The City of Minneapolis is recognizing Youth Violence Prevention Week April 1 - April 9, 2017. The City's participation is part of a national public education initiative. Activities and events planned will call attention to the issue of youth violence, identify strategies to combat this public health epidemic, and promote the positive role youth and adults can play in making their communities and schools safer.
